• A short cover letter — why this role, why PRC, what you'd bring
• For doctor roles: three referee contact details and a brief statement of your fellowship or career goals

02 — Review & shortlisting

Our TA team reviews all applications and contacts shortlisted candidates directly. We aim to complete initial shortlisting within 2 weeks of the closing date. If you're not progressed, we'll let you know — and we may invite you to join our talent community for future opportunities.

03 — Interview

Interviews at PRC are designed to be a genuine two-way conversation — we want to find out if this is the right move for you as much as whether you're the right fit for us.

• Clinical roles: one or two interviews, which may include a site visit
• Doctor roles: structured interview with clinical and management contacts
• Corporate and administrative roles: usually one structured interview, sometimes with a short work sample task

Expect to be interviewed by at least two people — always including your potential direct manager. We'll confirm the format when we invite you.

04 — Offer & onboarding

Successful candidates receive a verbal offer followed promptly by a written contract. Pre-employment checks include:

• National Police Clearance
• AHPRA registration verification — clinical roles
• Radiation licence verification — where applicable
• Working rights and visa verification

Once checks are cleared, our People & Safety team coordinates your onboarding — site induction, systems access and introduction to your team. For interstate and international starters, relocation support runs in parallel.
