About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Medical Receptionist to join Perth Radiological Clinic on a permanent full-time basis. The role is based predominantly at our Mount Hospital site but the role may also be required at our South Perth, Hollywood and Bethesda hospital clinics.

  • Packing and dispatching films/CDs for courier delivery in a timely manner
  • Acting as a key communication link between staff, technicians, and doctors
  • Maintaining an organised and welcoming reception and kitchen area
  • Coordinating refreshments for doctors
  • Handling confidential documents securely and maintaining privacy protocols
  • Following up on outstanding reports to ensure timely completion and accuracy

About you

You’re a motivated and approachable individual with strong attention to detail and a passion for excellent service. You enjoy working as part of a collaborative team and are eager to develop your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to learn and use new software and systems quickly
  • A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
  • Full Australian working rights (with unrestricted visa status if applicable)
  • A valid National Police Check (within 6 months) or willingness to obtain one
