About the role
We’re seeking an experienced Head of Contact Centre to join Perth Radiological Clinic. The position leads our Patient Support Centre, an inbound contact centre, responsible for providing high-quality patient care. As Head of Contact Centre, you’ll manage a team of 7 and lead the department from an operational and strategic perspective.
Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will:
- Lead, coach and develop team leaders and staff to achieve peak performance
- Build a high‑performance culture grounded in learning, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Use data, insights and patient feedback to guide decisions and improvements
- Align operational and strategic goals with organisational vision, mission, and values
- Drive innovation, operational excellence and transformative change
- Ensure data accuracy, privacy and compliance with privacy and regulatory standards
- Manage budgets, oversee workforce planning and resource allocations across the department
- Oversee service level performance and ensure targets are consistently met
About you
You’re an experienced people manager within a customer-focused, dynamic team. You bring strong communication, strategic expertise and an understanding of operational excellence in a call-centre environment.
- Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to lead, develop and inspire a team
- Proven ability to create strategy and translate this into operational plans
- Experience leading a team through transformation or change
- Tertiary level qualification (e.g. bachelor’s degree or diploma) in a relevant business discipline is desirable
- Excellent communication skills, in order to influence and manage stakeholder relationships
- Well-developed interpersonal and decision-making skills
