What is the opportunity?
Perth Rad Clinic are looking for a Customer Relations Manager to drive sales, partner with existing stakeholders and create long new term strong relationships with our referring customers, having a strong focus on General Practitioners. This is a permanent full-time opportunity with part time to also be considered. The initial territories you will be managing include Armadale, Gosnells and Rockingham, with future possibility of increasing to encompass our new Bunbury clinic.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Relations you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and fostering long-term working relationships with referring general practitioner’s and other key medical centre stakeholders to build reputation for excellence and generate repeat business through customer satisfaction
- Identify and approach potential new surgeries/referrers to engage as clients, using referrer statistics to target referrers or areas for potential growth
- Maintain knowledge of our clinic service delivery though discussion with supervisors, relevant specialist, management, and other relevant parties, to deliver accurate information to referrers. (This includes availability of doctors, services, appointments, and relevant pricing updates)
- Analysing customer data and information to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement
- Plan and implement activities to meet plans and budgets
- Supports the Marketing Manager with development and utilisation of marketing materials as required
- Monitor budget and KPI reports, providing clinics and the GM Business Development feedback when appropriate
- Provide troubleshooting support to referrers around systems, and processes
What do you need to be considered?
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent account management experience in a health/science related field
- Ability to absorb and impart technical medical concepts / information
- Demonstrated experience in a business development/ account management role (preferably with proven results)
- Current Western Australian Driver’s License, and reliable vehicle to use for work purposes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to communicate and effectively work with different cultures and behavioral types
- Displays leadership behavioral competencies of delivering the service by being results oriented, holding people accountable, acting confidently, influencing, customer focused and demonstrating resilience
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and provide flexible support across multiple clinic locations to ensure continuity of service
- Demonstrated experience in driving growth through strategic thinking, facilitating change, and developing others
- Full Australian working rights is mandatory
- Ability to provide or obtain a National Police Check within 6 months
