About the role
We’re seeking a proactive and adaptable Medical Receptionist to join Perth Radiological Clinic.
As a key member of our front-of-house team, you’ll help deliver high-quality service and continuity of care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients and managing clinical bookings
- Providing a high standard of patient care, safety, and confidentiality
- Handling accounts, banking, and Medicare batching
- Completing administrative and computer tasks including billing and data entry
- Supporting daily operations with additional duties as needed
About you
You are a confident communicator with strong customer service experience and the flexibility to adapt quickly. You take pride in your professional presentation and are committed to delivering outstanding service to patients and staff alike.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to learn and navigate systems and software with ease
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Full Australian working rights (with unrestricted visa status if applicable)
- A valid National Police Check (within 6 months) or willingness to obtain one
