About the role

We’re seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our Inner Recruitment Pool. This dynamic role will see you working across multiple clinics in our inner locations including  Bethesda Hospital, Hollywood Hospital, Subiaco, South Perth Community Hospital & Mount Medical Centre. Shifts are scheduled between 6:45am and 5:30pm.

You’ll be part of a supportive and adaptable team, providing high-quality service to meet operational needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting patients and managing clinical appointments
  • Delivering a high standard of patient care, safety, and confidentiality
  • Handling accounts, banking, and Medicare batching
  • Completing billing, data entry, and other administrative tasks
  • Supporting general clinic operations and undertaking additional duties as needed

About you

You are a confident and reliable team player with strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent patient service. You’re flexible, responsive to change, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
  • A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport (travel between clinics required)
  • Full Australian working rights (with unrestricted visa status if applicable)
  • A valid National Police Check (within 6 months) or willingness to obtain one
