Compliance Officer

  • Support compliance across PRC
  • Make a real impact on patient safety and care standards
  • Join a collaborative and values-driven team

About us

Perth Radiological Clinic (PRC) is Western Australia's largest and most established private radiology provider, proudly doctor-owned and serving the community for over 75 years.

With a team of over 130 doctors and 1,250 health professionals and support staff, we deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging across more than 20 hospital and community sites, powered by cutting-edge technology and a commitment to compassionate care.

About the role

As PRC continues to grow and uphold its reputation as a leading diagnostic imaging provider, we're looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Compliance Officer. This is a chance to play a meaningful role in maintaining the high standards our patients, referrers, and team members rely on every day.

Reporting to the Quality & Compliance Manager, you'll support compliance activities across the organisation — from accreditation and audit functions to Freedom of Information requests, staff licensing, and incident monitoring. If you're detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about doing things the right way, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct internal audits and inspections, assess compliance with policies, and support corrective and preventative action (CAPA) processes.
  • Manage Freedom of Information requests end-to-end, ensuring compliance with privacy laws and patient consent obligations.
  • Monitor and report on team member licensing and training compliance, including AHPRA, ASAR, Radiation Licences, CPR, and Working with Children checks.
  • Review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with PRC's Quality Management System.
  • Monitor incident reporting via MyOSH and provide oversight of corrective actions.
  • Collect and analyse data to identify trends and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

About you

You're a detail-focused administrator with strong organisational skills and the confidence to navigate compliance processes independently. You communicate clearly across all levels, handle sensitive matters with discretion, and bring a calm, methodical approach to competing priorities. Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is highly regarded.
